Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order. The price at checkout is all you pay.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and typically delivered within 8–15 business days after that. Most orders arrive in about 9–17 business days from the time you order.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
Every order is covered by our 30-day delivery guarantee. If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
Yes. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and how to start a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We're sorry if that happens — contact us right away at senluxa@outlook.com with a photo, and we'll make it right.

The Product

Is the blender cordless?
Yes. It's fully cordless and recharges via USB, so you can use it anywhere.

Can it crush ice and frozen fruit?
Yes. Its motor and stainless-steel blades are made to power through ice and frozen fruit for a smooth blend.

How big is it?
It holds 500 ml — a generous single serving — and is sized to fit in most car cup holders and bags.

Is it safe to use?
Yes. It features a safety auto-lock: the blades won't run unless the cup is properly locked in place.

How do I clean it?
Add water and a drop of soap, run it briefly, then rinse. Quick and easy.

Orders & Payment

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at senluxa@outlook.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
