Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders with a shipping address outside the U.S. cannot be processed at this time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there are no separate shipping charges added to your order.

Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Processing includes verifying your order, preparing your item, and handing it to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

After processing, orders are typically delivered within 8–15 business days. Total time from order to delivery is therefore usually about 9–17 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to the address you provided at checkout. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way. If you don't see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

Our 30-day delivery guarantee

We stand behind every order. If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, you're fully covered — contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not able to redirect packages once they have shipped, and orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to delays. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your estimated delivery window has passed, please get in touch. We'll investigate with the carrier and keep you informed until your order is resolved.
