Want to know where your order is? Here's how to follow it from our hands to your door.

Using your tracking number

As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout. Open that email and click the tracking link, or copy the number into the carrier's tracking page to see your package's latest status.

When will tracking become available?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Your tracking number is sent the moment your order ships, so please allow a couple of business days after ordering before expecting it. Once you have it, tracking may take 1–3 days to show its first scan as the package enters the carrier network.

Typical delivery time

After shipping, orders are usually delivered within 8–15 business days. Total time from order to your door is generally about 9–17 business days.

Can't find your tracking email?

First, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders — shipping emails sometimes land there. If you still can't find it, email us at senluxa@outlook.com with your order number and we'll resend your tracking details.

Tracking hasn't updated?

It's normal for tracking to pause for a few days between scans, especially in transit. If your tracking hasn't moved in several days, or your estimated delivery window has passed, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
